A local, family-run adventure company at the Source of the Nile in Bujagali, Jinja — sharing the wonders of the world’s longest river since 2018.
Our Story
Born on the streets of Bujagali, built for the Nile
The Adventure Source (U) Ltd was founded in 2018 by Lwabaga Shamushed Isima, a young tour guide who grew up in Bujagali and loves introducing people to the River Nile. His brother Mweru Alex later joined as co-founder, and together they have grown the company into one of Jinja’s favourite tubing operators — and the founders of camp fire tubing in Uganda.
We are 11 km from Jinja town and 81 km from Kampala, running flat water, white water and extreme tubing, tours and boat cruises in all seasons. Every trip comes with photos and videos, handed to you right after your adventure.
